I am back on UCLA’s beautiful Westwood campus this spring to teach at UCLA Anderson School of Management. The “Next Generation CMO” course will be an enlightening five weeks aimed at developing the students as future executives.
The course will help students understand and develop their thinking on the evolving function of brand marketing, and the role of “the next generation CMO.” We will focus on a framework for behavior and action (The Ideal Tree Framework), identifying and activating a brand ideal, leading change within an organization, and developing personal leadership. Each session will be interactive and will feature guest speakers discussing our course framework and how it applies to their respective organizations.
