Betty’s long and distinguished career at Procter & Gamble is a textbook example of not putting any limits on your goals.

by Betty Gabbard

She has managed C-suite offices and projects, built numerous collaborative relationships, and led diverse teams to bring high-visibility projects in on time and within budget.

Betty joined The Jim Stengel Company in 2009 as business manager, working side-by-side with Jim to build the business, managing the complexities involved in publishing both of Jim’s  books, along with developing speeches and graduate student programs

Whether it’s her love of photography, cooking, or traveling cross-country on a Harley with her husband, she believes the journey is less about the ending point and more about the pathway and experiences along the way.
