Suzanne has consistently brought empathetic human understanding into strategy, and transformational breakthrough into activation.

Suzanne’s career started in 1991 at Procter & Gamble where she led brands like Tide/Ariel, Downy/Lenor, Always, OldSpice and Pantene for 18 years. Her P&G roles spanned local, regional and global responsibilities based out of the UK, Hungary, Belgium, Poland, Switzerland and the US. Suzanne’s last role was as director of a group of select brand building and communication experts where she developed brand building best practices for the company.

In 2009 Suzanne left her global P&G role to join the Jim Stengel Group where she has worked across industries; from prestige beauty and apparel,  to pharmaceutical, technology, finance and insurance.

Both in consulting, and during her time at P&G, Suzanne has built a skill and passion for developing purposeful strategies with fresh approaches to brand building.

Since 2011, Suzanne has led a week-long  Creative Academy for Young Marketers at the Cannes Festival of Creativity. Since 2013 she has worked alongside Jim running the CMO Accelerator Program at Cannes, designed to inspire and enable marketing leaders to achieve success with their brands and organizations.

Suzanne also serves as a mentor to “The Brandery,” one of the Top 10 Start-Up Incubators in the U.S.

Suzanne grew up in Ireland in a multilingual household with an Irish mother and German father. She holds a degree in Business, Economics and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin. She now lives in the US with her Italian husband and two teenage boys in a multicultural, multi lingual household.
